strategies for resident incontinence and unnecessary drug

concerns regarding end-of-life issues and quality of life.

Service in the Extended Care Environment
- Understand the unique
opportunities for customer service in the extended care environment.
- Discover the
importance of assessment of resident needs in formulating a customer
service plan.
- Convey the importance
of exceeding expectations in a service environment.
- Demonstrate an
understanding of individualized care using the Best Friends model.
This
educational offering has been approved by the National Continuing
Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Boards
of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators (NAB) and approved for 6
clock hours and 6 participate hours.
